Founded in 1971, "The Farms" at Westlake has been serving our community for over 50 years. Legally known as The Farms at Westlake Association, Inc, our association was established to provide housing to residents and work together to improve our neighborhood.
The Farms is a planned residential community on approximately 300 acres in Middletown, Connecticut.
The diverse community contains 86 homes with five cul-de-sacs, or "mini-neighborhoods."
Forty acres of the community are set aside as common spaces, including a gazebo, open fields, and walking paths which connect the mini-neighborhoods
