DECLARATION ARTICLE X - USE RESTRICTions

Living units are used for residential purposes only;
Tanks for the storage of fuel maintained on any lot needs to be buried;
No poultry house or yard, or rabbit hutch shall be constructed or maintained on any Lot;
No Garbage, rubbish, junk, cuttings, or other shall be permitted to remain on any Lot unless placed in a closed container;
Boats, boat trailers, camping trailers, and camping vehicles needs to be kept entirely inside a garage or screened so it is not visible;
No excavation shall be made on any Lot or Common Land except in connection with construction or grading approved by the Committee;
Telephone and power lines and other utilities shall be connected to structures only by undergrounds conduit;
